Tommy Thompson

Tommy Thompson is a full-time educational consultant who has delivered keynote presentations and professional learning sessions across nearly all 50 states and in Canada. Drawing on his distinguished career as an award-winning principal, classroom teacher, and district leader, Mr. Thompson brings practical experience and deep research insight to every engagement. His ongoing collaboration with leading educational researchers, including Professor John Hattie—one of the most widely recognized figures in evidence-based education—strengthens his advocacy for practices proven to improve student learning. By bridging his extensive background in public education with partnerships at the forefront of educational research, Tommy provides a professional learning experience that is both intellectually grounded and highly engaging.
